This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Shoot Gold™, a product of Amnord Technologies LLP, collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you access or use the Platform. This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Data Controller & Processor: As set out in our Terms & Conditions, you act as the Data Controller of your Athlete Data, and Amnord Technologies LLP acts as a Data Processor and service provider.
Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
Email address, username, country, account type (athlete, coach, or other professional role), and registration date.
2.2 Profile Information
For athletes: name, date of birth, shooting event, dominant hand, state, and timezone.
For coaches and other professionals: name, specialisation, contact email, and mobile number.
2.3 Training & Performance Data
Session logs, scores, training diary entries, post-training assessments, competition results, and shot data you upload or sync from electronic target and analysis systems (including SCATT, Megalink, SIUS, Meyton, and connected wearable devices).
2.4 Payment Data
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Amnord Technologies LLP, through PCI DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your complete card details on our servers. See our Payments & Refunds Policy for details.
2.5 Cookies & Usage Data
Session and authentication cookies, language preference, and basic technical logs (such as request timestamps) needed to operate the Platform securely. See Section 5 for details.
How We Use Your Data
Operate the Platform and provide personalized training insights and analytics
Enable coach, club, and professional access you explicitly grant
Send service updates, security alerts, and billing communications
Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations
Research & Development: As described in our Terms & Conditions, anonymized or aggregated data may be used to improve analytical models. Individual athletes cannot be reasonably identified from this data, and you may withdraw consent for this use at any time (see Section 7).
Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data.
We share data only with:
Coaches, clubs, and professionals you explicitly connect with — limited to the data you choose to share
Payment processors and our merchant of record, for billing and refunds
Device and integration partners (SCATT, Megalink, SIUS, Meyton, wearable platforms) only when you choose to sync data from them
Hosting and infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality obligations
Legal or regulatory authorities, only where required by law
Cookies & Tracking

Required for login sessions, authentication, and security (such as CSRF protection). These cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.

Data Retention & Security
6.1 Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, access is disabled immediately and your data is retained only as needed for legal, tax, or audit purposes before permanent erasure.
6.2 Security Measures
Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel, and payments are handled through PCI DSS compliant gateways that never expose full card details to our servers.

Download a copy of your personal data at any time from My Data.
Withdraw Marketing Consent
Opt out of marketing communications from your account settings at any time.
Erasure
Request deletion of your account and personal data from your account settings.

Withdraw consent for your anonymized data being used in research and analytical model development, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
