This Payments & Refunds Policy ("Policy") outlines the financial terms governing your purchase and use of Shoot Gold™ services. This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Merchant of Record: All payments are processed by Amnord Technologies LLP, which is the legal entity and merchant of record for Shoot Gold™.
Pricing & Plans
Shoot Gold™ offers subscription-based access to its performance analytics platform. Prices are set separately for each region and are charged in that region's currency — Indian Rupees (₹ INR) in India, Euro (€ EUR) in the European Union and EEA, and US Dollars ($ USD) elsewhere. Prices are not converted at an exchange rate; each region has its own price list.
Plans are offered on half-yearly and annual billing cycles, across the Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers, for both individual athletes and club-managed athletes. The current price for your region is always shown on the pricing page and again on the checkout screen before you pay.
The pricing page is the authoritative source for current prices. Figures quoted anywhere else on this site are illustrative only.
Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices. Changes apply only to future purchases or renewals, not active subscriptions.

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience and security:
Payment Security
All payments are processed through PCI DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.
Your payment information is encrypted and secure.
Subscription Terms
4.1 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually). You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan.
4.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Note: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.
4.3 No Free Trials
Shoot Gold™ does not offer free trials. All subscriptions begin immediately upon payment.
Failed Payments
5.1 Payment Failure
If a payment fails, we'll automatically retry the payment over the next 3 days. You'll receive email notifications about the failed payment.
5.2 Account Suspension
If payment fails after 3 retry attempts, your account will be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
Note: During suspension, you cannot access the platform, but your data is preserved for 30 days.
5.3 Reactivation
To reactivate your account after suspension, log in and update your payment method or contact support.
Currency & Taxes
Currency
Prices are set per region and charged in that region's currency: Indian Rupees (₹ INR) in India, Euro (€ EUR) in the EU and EEA, and US Dollars ($ USD) elsewhere. We do not convert prices at an exchange rate — each region has its own price list, and the currency you are charged in is shown at checkout.
Taxes
Customers in India are charged 18% GST in addition to the listed price; the GST amount is itemised at checkout. Sales to customers outside India are treated as export of services and are zero-rated, so no Indian GST is added — the price shown is the price charged. You remain responsible for any tax due in your own country.
Important: You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or taxes associated with your payment.
