These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Shoot Gold™, including all related websites, applications, dashboards, analytics engines, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
About Shoot Gold™
Shoot Gold™ is a digital athlete performance analytics platform designed to help athletes record, analyze, and interpret training and performance data to support athletic improvement.
Legal Entity
Shoot Gold™ is a product of Amnord Technologies LLP, which is the legal entity responsible for operating, billing, and maintaining the Platform.

Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or
- You are a minor using the Platform with verified consent and supervision of a legal guardian.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
Account Registration & Security
To access core features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- All activities performed under your account
- Ensuring the accuracy and legality of data you submit
Amnord Technologies LLP is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
Athlete Data Ownership & Roles
5.1 Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all personal, training, performance, biometric, and analytical data you upload or generate on the Platform ("Athlete Data").
Shoot Gold™ and Amnord Technologies LLP do not claim ownership of Athlete Data.
5.2 Data Protection Roles
For the purposes of applicable data protection laws:
- You act as the Data Controller of your Athlete Data
- Amnord Technologies LLP acts as a Data Processor and service provider
Purpose of Data Processing
Athlete Data is processed strictly to:
Provide personalized insights and analytics
Visualize training and performance trends
Improve analytical accuracy and platform functionality
Secure and operate the Platform
Athlete Data is never sold.
Research, Analytics & Proprietary Development
7.1 Research & Platform Improvement
Athlete Data may be used for:
- Internal research and statistical analysis
- Improving analytical methodologies
- Enhancing insight accuracy
- Developing and refining proprietary analytical, scoring, and predictive models
7.2 Anonymization & Aggregation
For research and model development:
Data is anonymized and/or aggregated
Personally identifiable information is removed
Individual athletes cannot be reasonably identified from anonymized or aggregated data.
7.3 Proprietary Rights
All algorithms, models, benchmarks, methodologies, and analytical outputs derived from anonymized or aggregated data are the exclusive intellectual property of Shoot Gold™ / Amnord Technologies LLP.
This does not affect your ownership of raw Athlete Data.
Consent & Withdrawal
By using the Platform, you provide informed consent for data processing as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You may:
Withdraw consent
Restrict specific processing activities
Request exclusion from research datasets
Withdrawal of consent may limit or disable certain Platform features.
Pricing, Payments & Merchant of Record
Shoot Gold™ is a paid platform. No free trials are offered.
Pricing Clause
Pricing for Shoot Gold™ is displayed at the time of purchase. Any changes to pricing apply only to future purchases or subscription renewals and do not affect active subscriptions already paid for.
Merchant of Record
All payments for Shoot Gold™ are processed and collected by Amnord Technologies LLP, which is the legal entity and merchant of record for the Platform.
Invoices, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and payment confirmations are issued and handled by Amnord Technologies LLP.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.
Conditions:
- Request must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- No refunds after 7 days
Acceptable Use
You must not:
Upload false, misleading, or unlawful data
Interfere with platform security
Reverse-engineer or replicate the Platform
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Amnord Technologies LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or platform integrity.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
Shoot Gold™ does not guarantee performance improvements, competition outcomes, or accuracy of predictions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amnord Technologies LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction lies exclusively with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
