Shoot Gold™ offers subscription-based access to its performance analytics platform. All prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices. Changes apply only to future purchases or renewals, not active subscriptions.

Subscription Terms
4.1 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually). You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan.
4.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Note: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.
4.3 No Free Trials
Shoot Gold™ does not offer free trials. All subscriptions begin immediately upon payment.

If you're not satisfied with Shoot Gold™ within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, we'll refund your payment in full.

Failed Payments
7.1 Payment Failure
If a payment fails, we'll automatically retry the payment over the next 3 days. You'll receive email notifications about the failed payment.
7.2 Account Suspension
If payment fails after 3 retry attempts, your account will be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
Note: During suspension, you cannot access the platform, but your data is preserved for 30 days.
7.3 Reactivation
To reactivate your account after suspension, log in and update your payment method or contact support.
Currency & Taxes
Currency
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). International customers will see prices converted to their local currency based on current exchange rates.
Taxes
Prices shown exclude applicable taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax, etc.). Taxes will be calculated and added during checkout based on your location.
Important: You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or taxes associated with your payment.
